One of the most important area’s that businesses can work to improve the way that the environment is affected by their activities, is through the reduction of wasteful practices. This can come from a number of different area’s, however can often be primarily linked back to excessive consumption, or practices which are not streamlined to avoid wastage.

Once you get past the initial implementation of many of these practices they can start to pay for themselves. While it may take time and money to initially put in place procedures and new method’s of working to take advantages of some of these reductions, over time they are going to in many ways save you money.
